Michael is an excellent realtor. Probably the best realtor I've worked with ever in my life. And I've worked with many realtors over the years. I recently completed purchasing a new condo with him in SE Portland. He made everything go so smoothly and I closed on the property with no hiccups. But he really goes above and beyond. Michael was very attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative. I’ve been through 8 different real estate transactions and I can easily say that this was the smoothest and most stress free. Michael went out of his way to white glove every part of the process. If I didn’t have an answer or something seemed to be too much, he readily took care of it. Very professional and extremely helpful. I work nights and he was able work around my schedule to answer questions and divulge information. Very quick responses to any questions I had, were answered at most within a few hours, most of the time within 30 minutes. I was using the SDC Exemption program and wasn't sure how the whole thing worked, he was able to guide me through the process and made it feel smooth and easy.

Mike Brazie is one of the best all - around experienced realtors I have had the pleasure to work with. I purchased and sold probable eight properties to date.
