Very good
Ive been a patient for about 20-25 years with Dr Bratsch. My insurance with a job changed and I can no longer use Dr Bratsch as my primary care physician. I called to ask if we could schedule a phone call so I could say thank you for everything and Ive enjoyed knowing you and your good service. Unfortunately, I was told he is not able to speak with me. So sometimes you really are JUST A NUMBER.
The doctor may be ok but the staff is third rate.
To Katie who responded to my review. My insurance was upgraded and I have returned to my REAL doctor, V. John Gonino in Rockwall. Although Dr. Bratsch was conveniently a mile from my home, I do have to drive 20 miles to get to his office but it is worth the drive to get good care and not be insulted by an arrogant fool who thinks he's a real doctor. Maybe Dr. Bratsch will grow up one day and realize he needs to earn the trust of his patients, even the ones who know a little bit about their own bodies without insulting them. ... read more
Wow. I could not be more upset about someone with such an ego as Dr. Bratsch. My first visit he stated my other care provider (a specialist) "didn't know what he was doing." He then had me re-do the bloodwork my other doctor had previously done and I messaged Dr. Bratsch through the patient portal to ask if he could let me know what he meant by telling me my other dr was incorrectly doing my bloodwork. I was told he had not received my specialist's records. A month later I messaged again with the same question and to see if ... read more
Dr Bratsch is a great person & a great doctor. He listens and really tries to understand your health issues. He also allows you to be part of the decision regarding treatment options, which can include prescriptions (if you so desire), or vitamin supplements. He is also very good at finding additional specialized doctors (referrals) that are of great quality, as the situation may require. I definitely recommend him to anybody seeking a compassionate, well informed (knowledgeable) physician.
Arrogant and rude! I expressed my desire to treat my health with as much natural remedies as possible, telling him of a doctor who was not on my insurance plan who had helped me and who was more holistic in his approach. Dr. Bratsch comment was "But I'm a real doctor" as if the doctor I had seen, who was also a DO and in practice for 10 years longer than this hack was not a real doctor. He immediately dictated a letter stating that trust and respect were important in a patient/doctor relationship and that he did not think th... read more
Why won’t anybody in your office call me back??? I had that pre-operative exam with Sam and her attitude absolutely sucked. If I had known he was going to turn out this way I never would’ve made that one fatal appointment with her!!!
