They thought... a) I won't be able to find anything at my price point. b) I won't be able to get a mortgage with a $10K down payment. Mike got it done. He found a FHA condo that required 3.5% down payment and connected me with his mortgage guy. In 2017, he helped me sell the same JC condo for $425K. Mike is a pro. Real hard worker.
Michael really listened and worked to understand what we needed and came through in a big way multiple times!
