My first review was denied and I am not sure why. However, Dr. Boulos has still not returned my call to find out what happened to my Father who was under his care in the ICU with covid. I am now being told he is out of the country. I will not give up. My Fathers reason of death is of utmost importance to my family and to not get answers is just a horrible nightmare. Community Hospital should reconsider having this Dr. on staff.
Dr Boulos has the worst bedside manner of any healthcare provider I have encountered in 50 years. His ability to interact with the family of his patients can be described as condescending, totally uninterested and unprofessional. He did not make eye contact, kept stepping backwards, away from me to pass me off to a nurse. Did not explain cryptic answers to questions. Dr Boulos has the worst bedside manner of any healthcare provider I have encountered in 30 years. His ability to interact with the family of his patients can be described as negative, condescending, and unprofessional. He would be better suited for a research environment where there are no patients, no families, and no necessary communication. He doesn't explain answers to questions, in fact he barely answers the questions, and ends the conversation with "is that all?"
