Our family has been going to Dr. Bell for 20 years and here's why we keep going back. Like most, I hate going in for dental work, but Dr. Bell and his staff cater to my need to "zone out" as much as possible. They make an effort to know you and care about what's going on in your life, so even though I still don't like to go have work done, the staff is so sweet and friendly they make it more than bearable. The staff and Dr. Bell were all very upbeat and friendly, as they typically are. My hygienist Lou Ann is so much fun and I also enjoy visiting with Sarah and Theresa at the front desk. And Dr. Bell is the best. It is always a pleasant experience when I go to this dental office - and that's why I have been a patient of Dr. Bell for over 20 years.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bell's for many years, and I have NEVER had a bad or even mildly unpleasant experience there. The staff is awesome and professional, Dr. Bell is the best and the facilities are beautiful now.
I've been a patient with Dr. Bell since moving to Austin a couple of years ago. The fillings I had done last year were absolutely painless. He's very professional and skilled at what he's doing! I love Dr Bell's friendly staff and just the general atmosphere of his office. I just had my teeth cleaned, but Lou Ann is always so gentle and always asks me if I am okay, which I really appreciate. I actually look forward to going to the dentist's office.... :)
After making an attempt to visit another dentist whose office was much closer logisttically, I immediately realized that I needed to return to my former dentist Dr. Bell. The approach is to their patients is one of friendliness and respect as well as providing a comfortable environment. I will continue to use Dr. Bell's services.
Loved Debbie..she is professional, friendly and does a thorough job. Dr. Bell as always is top-notch at dentistry and very accommodating. Teresa and Sarah are friendly and interested in patient. Happy to say i like everyone that works there
