Such a great dentist and I personally love how he doeant sugarcoat things or try to upsell me, he just tells me straight up!

We have been going here for years but recently it seems like when making appointments they have a new strict "policy" on rescheduling that no one is made aware of, One of the receptionist we talked to was extremely rude and gave us a warning about rescheduling since theyre more worried about money than people, so I figured id give everyone a warning for them, do not use this place i promise they have plenty of professional dentist in the area that actually care and show compassion.
Was a patient here, loved it until I had to reschedule and the front desk assistant was very ugly and made me feel like “just another number” and that “money” was the only thing they cared about. Blamed me for not calling or texting ahead of time to reschedule bc they were “missing out on money”. When I DID try to call the day before 2 or 3 different times mind you the phones were always busy and never gave me the option to leave a message. DR IS VERY RUDE. he yelled in front of my kid. Don’t take in kids if you can’t handle them playing.
