The following are facts, draw your own conclusions. My mother had breast cancer and was treated by Dr. Mosher. The cancer went into remission and my mother was placed on Tamoxifen. Dr. Mosher then decided to remove my mother from the Tamoxifen. The cancer came back & nine months later my mother died.
