Shal recommended me to come to her place of work. I live out of state in Aiken, SC. The team was efficient and friendly! Of course, Shal worked her magic with the assistance of Tiff (cleaning), Dr. Stein (general dentist) and Dr. Allaeb (oral surgeon). All of them were great! I would refer anyone scared and hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time to come here.
Stay away! Dr. Stein cost me thousands of dollars on very questionable dental work.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I can not stress this enough, if you want to blow your money and get your mouth fixed again by another dentist, than go to this dentist. I have to get a crown lengthing procedure done and two new caps put on since he: 1. didn't leave enough of a post to place the crown, 2. cracked in to an existing crown and now I need both crowns replaced. If you are made of money and feel like blowing it, this is your guy. PLEASE DON'T USE STEIN DENTAL.
I went to Dr stein and needed a lot of work, Multible root canals and bridges. Excellent work and staff, I feel like I have a brand new mouth:)
Dr Stein has built up a great practice with everything in one facility, so specialists can pop in to do a quick consult when needed. The support staff are kind and courteous and communication is good: all appointments confirmed in advance, etc.
I have been with this practice for many years and have always been extremely pleased! It's a one stop shopping experience. I've had crowns,a root canal, gum work and regular dental care and would always recommend this doctor and the professional staff who work with him.
My mouth has long been a little complicated... Dr. Stein has always been straightforward and informative--explaining what he sees on an x-ray and the pros and cons of each corrective option (where one viable option might be to let something go for a while). With a particular bridge that has been difficult to anchor, he has taken responsibility for it as "his problem." Now that I live 90 miles from Stamford, since I return to the area frequently, I have stayed with Dr. Stein.
I've been using Dr. Stein for almost 30 years. Always a pleasant experience.
Our family members have been patients of Dr. Stein for 25 (+?) years. We have found this practice to go above and beyond. You are not just a number here as is the case in a lot of medical offices. They do not hurry you out, but spend time making sure you are well taken of and any questions answered. Urgent appointments have been handled immediately (yes, even on Easter Sunday!) Staff is friendly, and Dr. Stein is a caring, professional dentist. I highly recommend this practice!
