Not only is Dr Shingles an excellent surgeon, but his staff is also very kind. I called about the paperwork for FMLA and short term disability and they said that they would take care of it. I didn’t have to do anything, as they faced it all over for me.

Dr.Shingles placed screws in my arm that were too long and required a second surgery. UPDATE: 1 year later and I've had 4 surgeries so far to try and correct the damage caused by this surgical error. My 4th surgery is now failing, and I may have permanent disability. Come to find out, arms and wrist are not his specialty and I wonder why those arm and wrist specialist didn't coordinate my care?

Dr. Shingles may be one of the best orthopedic surgeons out there! He performed two shoulder surgeries (opposite shoulders) on me and both times he listened to all of my concerns, followed up personally after the surgeries, came out and spoke to my son and described the outcome of them and displayed compassion and concern. I wasn't just "another patient" and every follow up visit had me leaving feeling validated and listened to.
