I waited over one hour in the exam room to see this Dr. when he finally came in he asked me what the mri said. He gave me an injection without telling me the consequences. Because of the injection that has not provided relief I can not have any surgery for six months. I continue to have swelling and pain. I can not walk.
Not only is Dr Shingles an excellent surgeon, but his staff is also very kind. I called about the paperwork for FMLA and short term disability and they said that they would take care of it. I didn’t have to do anything, as they faced it all over for me.

Dr.Shingles placed screws in my arm that were too long and required a second surgery. UPDATE: 1 year later and I've had 4 surgeries so far to try and correct the damage caused by this surgical error. My 4th surgery is now failing, and I may have permanent disability. Come to find out, arms and wrist are not his specialty and I wonder why those arm and wrist specialist didn't coordinate my care?
