Dr. Mefford is a great psychiatrist and helped me create and maintain order/balance in my life when I needed it the most. I have had anxiety, depression, and ADHD all my life but growing up it presented itself in ways that weren't easily identified and it was somewhat "taboo" to seek medical help.
