Dr. McKee is very thorough and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The entire staff is friendly and if you are needing an Endodontist, I would highly recommend Dr. McKee!
My root canal (usually an awful, stressful, painful procedure in general) was pleasant and painless with Dr. McKee. I can say without exaggeration that Dr. McKee is the most calming, empathetic, helpful "tooth professional" I've ever met. He tells you what's going to happen, gives you a heads-up while it's happening, asks you frequently how you're doing, then does the procedure with perfect precision and outcome. One front tooth had been dead (no nerve) for a long time, and had developed an infection underneath that required a root canal to clear out. The canal had narrowed over the years, and so required a lot of subtle work to find. Dr. McKee explained the process, and took the needed time to do the procedure well. Really seemed like state-of-the-art equipment (the 3D X-ray machine allowed him to find the canal), and procedure was executed well (steps explained, reasons for things provided). I was very anxious to have a root canal but Dr McKee explained every step of the process and continually sought my input to ensure the procedure was necessary and as comfortable as possible. Very professional and competent support staff too.

Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and helpful. They are all very concerned with the patient's comfort. Dr. McKee is the best. He is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with a problem that stumped two other professionals. During the procedure, he always lets you know what he's about to do and often checks in with "Are you doing OK?" He is efficient and thorough. I was greatly impressed with the care and treatment by Dr. McKee and his staff for a root canal I had performed recently. Dr.McKee alleviated any fears I had by explaining every step of the procedure. He and his staff made every effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
