I was hoping to have the opportunity to let someone know how my experience was at your dealership. I felt comfortable with Eddie Garcia the salesman. He was awesome. Treated me with care and respect. Above Excellent!!!! I recently lost my husband to cancer and I was honest with Eddie Garcia that I needed some special care and attention and he gave me that. I love my car and will be back for all my future leases and purchases.
Our experience was very pleasant, and satisfying. This was in large part due to the excellent work that your young sales representative did. the young man, SAHAK, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and very honest.
I wanted to share a couple observations about Michael..........first of all you guys have an "old" bad reputation that is totally unwarranted !!!! Believe it or not, my Aunt is sales manager at Bingham and I went there to see if BIngham would match your deal on a Prius lease. They could not. I had such a great experience with Keith Rodriguez (new at your dealership) and with Robert Clark (straighshooter) there was no BS....Xlnt customer service and all and all the best sales experience I've had.
