I liked the collections of Michael Aram. The reason I gave one star because there is no replacement anywhere for any broken ceramic plates that you purchased with it's base. If your plate for any reason chipped or cracked you can't use the metal base any more.
Great products ... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nobody ever answers the Customer Service phone number and they never return calls after leaving messages. If you send an email regarding your purchase, you get a form letter response back via email. DON'T ORDER NOW FOR CHRISTMAS!!! An order placed on November 26th has not been fully processed.
