I waited for more than six hours no one came in with the CT results. I had no one to ask my questions to, like if she could go back to her day to day activities. I was being we were going to be discharged after the ct results I waited for over four hours after the CT results were posted on my Loyola portal and I had to keep pushing to receive the discharge papers, the doctor never came in to discuss any results or any progress.
The GOOD: Trauma and Plastics Doctors were friendly, informative, and highly professional. Great bedside manner. The BAD: the registration nurse/associate took my driver’s license, my insurance card, and my FOID card (which has my current address which is why I have that to her as well)…….. these VERY IMPORTANT IDENTIFICATIONS WERE NEVER RETURNED TO ME. The only person who expressed any concern about this was a kind young gentleman (working security I think around 0000 hrs. or 0100 hrs).
