Dr Angel is skilled and knowledgeable, but this time seemed rushed. Announced what was wrong from the X-rays and gave me a shot of cortisone, which did help. Fast exit. I would go back, but wish his former self had been there.

Professional, caring and empathetic doctor, also highly recommended by my Primary. Good medical sense - condition he anticipated was borne out by tests. However, the outer office staff, who are scheduling, etc. tend to be robotic, snippy and rude. That's the trade-off.

I had a condition that I was hoping to get repaired by surgery. I came to Dr. Angel for a second opinion. How often does a surgeon level with you that surgery can be done but will most likely fail, based on the surgeon’s experience with these repairs? He was honest, helpful and gave information, examples and even suggested going for another opinion, but warned against surgery as an answer and aimed me towards physical therapy instead. Dr.Angel did a great job repairing my rotator cuff after I injured myself in a fall. He took the time to explain everything exactly what he was doing and was very professional. After 4 months I am very satisfied that he restored my health.
