Dr. Caine was the best! Very professional and explained everything to me.
Three years post foot surgery I am never unaware of the pain in my foot. I’m so depressed to know that I elected to have this surgery and now will never have the quality of life I had before. Dr Caines told me he could make me pain free. My pain is far worse now than before surgery. My advice to everyone I meet is STAY AWAY FROM ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS! I am so sad. Dr. Caines is very patient and explained the details of my health concern in a way that I could understand. The staff are very professional. I was brought back to see Dr. Caines within moments of my check in. The quality of care was excellent!
Great Surgeon
Excellent surgeon! I would highly recommend him to anyone who has ortho issues. I had a trimalleolar fracture of the right foot after achilles surgery on my left foot, and Dr. Caines and his associates were very attentive to my needs, answering any question I had. If you had trouble with him, it is probably because you did not take the time to do research regarding your condition, as Dr. Caines made it more than easy to understand. Dr Caines has done 4 ankle surgeries on me over the years... He is a wonderful Dr , has a great personality and will always be respected by me... My best surgery was a ankle fusion... Will always recommend him to anyone in need of ankle surgery...
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Caine. I had a hair line fracture on my left foot. Not only was he very caring and concern but he took the time to bring me a picture of the break, so I could see what it look like. Excellent bed side manners. I never felt rushed! He asked me if I wanted to see a picture of it and if I had any other questions. Thank you Dr. Caines for your professionalism. I will highly recommend Dr. Caines to any of my friends and family members.
He told me I had a sprain contusion on my ankle, foot. Sent me back the work for the good of the company. I went and found out I had scattered bone on my first, fourth metatarsal and cuboid. Then I went and pick up my medical records and change his notes to I had bone marrow also. STAY FAR AS AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!
Went for severe calf pain/popping. Tech took xrays before seeing dr even though it wasn't bone related. She rudely said it could be bone cancer when asked. Dr said I had calf tear, said MRI wasn't necessary and that xrays were useless (but still charged me). Prescribed PT. Pain and swelling increased. I refused to return unless MRI was done. (PT did not understand why it wasn't immed done.) I had meniscus tear, calf tear and leaking bakers cyst. After much $ and pain, I had surgery elsewhere.
