Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
