Dr. Alt is very personable. He is thorough with his questions and research as we talked very casually about my neurological issues, which let me relax and feel more comfortable and less afraid as a patient.

He is awesome and spends all the time you need with him. With that being said, you may be there a while, but he is worth the wait. He listens to you and never rushes you. Very personable and makes you feel at ease.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Usually when we show up we walk right in and there is no delay between our appointment time and when we see Dr. Alt. The last time things must have been backed up and we were not seen for an hour past our scheduled appointment time. This was a fluke though and not at all the norm and we have been seeing Dr. Alt for three or four years. My elderly father needs to see Dr. Alt a couple of times a year and we have been 100% satisfied with the treatment and care given by Dr. Alt and his staff.
