I called the office to try to schedule an appointment as when I googled ophthalmologist who specialize in ptosis, Dr Abowd is the only name who showed up. She told me his first appointment was in February of 2027. Seriously?! I told her I’d probably be dead by then. I would try to find another doctor; she hung up on me. You going to tell me doctors are scheduling over a year out. That’s ridiculous.
I recently had a blepharoplasty…something I’d been thinking about for a long time. The results exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. And I’m just one week post-op. Dr. Abowd is kind, patient, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I encourage you to contact his office if you are considering a procedure. You won’t be disappointed. Shout out to the surgical team…you made me comfortable and confident I was in good hands. Job well done.
I recently had Cataract surgery from Dr. Abowd and was very hesitant about getting it done. All I can say is He is a great surgeon I can't believe what a difference it has made in my eyesight it has only been less than a week since He did my left eye ( they do one eye and 2 weeks later the other) both eyes are now done . I highly recommend Him he is great.
Dr. Abowd performed my cataract surgery most recently. I was so very impressed and pleased with the entire experience. He was personable, professional and so efficient as an eye surgeon. I must also credit his staff in the office and surgical staff.They are all so delightful and kind. Definitely a great experience, Thank you!
Dr Abowd is very professional. He explained everything so we could understand what needed to be done. And answered all our questions. I have sent a few people we know to him. They were satisfied with his professionalism! Thank you Dr Abowd for all you do!!!
