Three weeks after buying contact lenses from them I got a message saying that I owed them another $128 because they hadn't billed me enough, when I asked for the receipt, they provided me a receipt that said that I owed $128 which is not the receipt that I received on the day that I ordered the contact lenses and paid for them because I never received a receipt . I've never had a doctors office make me pay for a mistake that they made so I won't be back.
My boyfriend Logie bear came here for an eye exam, said there was nothing wrong with him. I mean I already know he's perfect but they get brownie points for affirming this fact. The optometrist was nice and helpful and the whole thing didn't take much time, chairs with back support next time though please. Otherwise this place offers fast & reliable services, would highly recommend.
Dr Powers is great. He takes plenty of time with you and explains everything very well. Great staff also. 10/10 would recommend
Drove over and arrived at 2:17pm on Friday after receiving a reminder message from them earlier on in the week disclosing they would be open until 3:00 p.m. the hours on the door also say 3:00 p.m. Closed. Going the website they are listed closed. As a suggestion... you might want to change your text messaging and front door for customers ASAP so you do not have any incongruencies like this and waste other people's time.
