Tried to schedule a new patient appointment and the receptionist I spoke with was annoyed because I refused to give my social security number. Her reasoning was “for insurance purposes”. As a medical biller myself, you DO NOT have to give your social security number to schedule a doctors appointment or for insurance purposes!! If this is the way they run their practice I would stay far away from this place! He’s been the best for my family, taking care of us for over 20 years. He’s the best with cornea transplants. 23 years later, still have mine.
Excellent all round service. Clean and well kept waiting areas and bathrooms. Receptionists were efficient, polite and professional. Dr.Michael Pisacano was on point, thorough and very helpful. Kudos to Jennifer, Sabrina and Angie, you guys were the 'bestest'!
I had pain in my eye I explained to the person at the front desk she was super friendly and courteous right away she let me know that I needed a referral I called my dr and next day early morning I was seeing by the experts at piscano I will definitely go back
The receptionist was slightly rude. We stood there for five minutes with no eye contact or acknowledgement, I had to say Good Morning to her initially. Besides that, the office was very clean and the doctor was very attentive and thorough.
