Waited for hours in the parking lot after a scheduled appointment time and was told it would be atleast another hour before they could take me for my surgery because they were running behind so had to leave and come back another day. Will never visit this establishment again! Wasted time off of work and had to have a driver both times. They do not keep scheduled appointments. Very unprofessional
Referred to his clinic from on base. Scheduled for 2PM and told to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrive and nobody is here.. BECAUSE THEY ARE ON LUNCH. Sloppy scheduling from a sloppy dental clinic.
i was disappointed in my experience with Dr. McGinnis. first, i waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to get in a room, then the doctor charged me 80.00 to tell me that my tooth needed to come out (which i already knew) and that would be another 300.00. i was also told that all money had to be paid upfront or i could get a loan. the doctor also made it a point to let me know that he didn't accept my insurance plan because well, they don't pay enough. the patient is secondary for sure.
