Very professional staff. I was referred by a family member and was not disappointed.
This office used to be wonderful. But lately it has gone downhill - mainly because of the terrible, horrible, rude inconsiderate office staff that works there. Especially Jennifer who will not even let a customer finish a sentence and will kick you out for no reason other than raising your voice. I have been using Dr. Hurd for a while, as my previous dentist retired. I am one of those people who "hates" to go to the dentist...which ironically is probably the reason that I've been so many times. Dr. Hurd is one of those Dr's that takes the time to explain everything. Even when he tells his assistant to hand him something, get me one of these, and you're sitting there hearing some clanking around and you're wondering what the heck they're doing...he'll explain what he asked for, what he's gonna do with it and how it is... read more
I am very pleased with Dr. Hurd. He explains everything he does so I understand completely and so does his staff.
The staff creates a warm, considerate, and professional ambiance. Dr. Hurd generates the same atmosphere. He is very thorough and gentle, using the latest technology to address your situation. Dr. Hurd was my saving grace when I was faced with the huge task of implants and dentures. His on site lab was a lifesaver. Taking great effort, patience, and skills, he provided me with the best care I ever imagined. I was treated like family by all.
