The front desk was so friendly and made us feel comfortable. The visit was long but thorough. We left feeling well informed about our treatment and with freshly polished teeth. Dr Grimes came in an spoke with each of us. He was friendly and took his time talking and answering our questions.

As a customer, I immediately noticed how well ran this place was. Almost no wait in the lobby from appointment time. Once I was in my room..Alecia was absolutely THE best hygienist I have ever been to. There were no wasted steps, unbelievably efficient, while being extremely pleasant. I also could detect how confident she was at what she does...so that is always comforting to me. Dr. Grimes was very caring, professional and thorough. Even though I was visiting my son, I decided to stay in the area and have Dr. Grimes perform more needed dental treatment.
My entire family and I have been going to Dr. Grimes and staff for quite some time. It is always a wonderful, and quick, experience. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. We have never had an issues with making appointments and they are always accommodating for us all. I had a chipped tooth, from childhood, that I have always had issues with. Dr. Grimes went out of his way to make sure I was happy with it and have not had a single issue with since. It is clear he cares about his patients.
