Very happy to be a patient of Dr. Carl. The staff is friendly and efficient, and Dental Hygienist Samantha is simply the best.
Unprofessional and discourteous patient service from Brenda which is the office manager. I asked to have the doctor's wife call and I'm hoping we can resolve this issue. This is really an unfortunate situation because the dentist is kind and understanding.
Dr. Carl has been our family dentist for several years now and I'm so happy we found him. Both he and his staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. It truly feels like you are cared for as an individual. Cleanings and procedures are always gentle and done with the utmost care. Even my two young boys are happy when it comes time for them to be seen.
I'm an extremely difficult patient. Dr Michael Carl is my hero...so very patient and kind...a true gentleman in every way.
