Always efficient. Even calling after a procedure to see how we are doing. The staff is friendly and Dr. Atencio does an excellent job and is very caring.
I'm terrified of the dentist but here they made me welcome. Listened to me and helped me through my fears. I was on vacation and they were able to get me in the same day and then po ull the problem tooth the next day! If I ever have a problem tooth again I will come back all the way from California!
I have been going to see Dr. Atencio and Lori his dental hygienist for over 20 years. They are professional, friendly and they stay abreast of dental health best practices. Their office staff is friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Just moved to Reno a nd needed a root canal. Got an appointment right away. I was nervous because some dentists struggle to numb the area needed, often having to stop and restart the procedure. Everything went great. The root canal was painless and took less time than a routine filling. Crew wa professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Dr Atencio and his entire team are very caring and make you feel as if you are their only patient! I always look forward to my cleaning with Laurie; not only does she do an excellent job, she brings such a calm and laughter to the process! Friendly staff, amazing dentist. Comfortable environment and quick check out. Laurie is the best hygentist and Christina is wonderful at the front desk. They also have bilingual employees.
