Dr. Atencio is the best dentist I have ever experienced. I have been a patient for almost a decade, when I moved to Reno. Truly exceptional care and service.
Dr Atencio is a wonderful dentist! I am one who has a tremendous feafr of all things associated with the dentist office.... Mostly the shots that deaden your mouth. I was just there yesterday for the 2nd to the last step for a crown/implant and he gave me one of those shots in the front of my tooth but I asked him to Pls NOT give me one on the inside (because we all know those hurt the worst) and he DID NOT! What I am saying is: He listens. I completed my appointment PAIN FREE.
I was traveling when my crown popped off and on a weekend. A friend suggested Dr. Atencio so I called his office to leave a message on Sunday and it was suggested to send a text message directly to the doctor. I did and he replied . . . ON A SUNDAY!. . . . Monday I received a call from the office and at 2 pm that day I was in and being repaired! The doctor and the staff are outstanding and personable. The cost was extremely reasonable. You can't go wrong here!
Dr. Atencio, and his staff, are the best I've encountered in many a year. Honestly sincere, collectively efficient and, best of all, they know what they are doing! Simply put: a well-run dentistry office. That said, Dr. Atencio is a caring and focused dentist who engages with his patients to determine what they need and how best to arrive at that magic point. Very friendly and professional staff.
I've was introduced to Mike Atencio about 7 years ago. This is the greatest office I've been in since I was a child. The staff are all friendly. Dr. Atencio is a skilled dentist and has a great attitude. You won't be disappointed changing to Dr. Atencio if your in the Reno area.
