Within months of moving into our house we found several things that were missed and opinions that turned out to be significantly wrong, but yet we had a “great inspection.” I’m pretty sure he has a deal with Realtors’ offices, so he’s essentially helping them sell you the property. Nice guy and you feel great about the house when he’s finished, but not an unbiased inspection if that is what you’re expecting to pay for.
With short notice, Sarah and Josh worked a miracle for us! Incredibly responsive, prompt, knowledgeable beyond our expectations and so pleasurable to work with. I will recommend Mich-Inspect to everyone I come in contact with. Finally, a company you can count on.
