It is an up and coming motel under new management who is working ten times harder than the previous ethnics who ran it into the ground. It is a excellent alternative to Gainesville lodging. And you can visit Historic Micanopy to boot!

Very nice,quiet, clean. Ppl who own are super nice .
Very clean friendly people, room rate slightly high for someone just traveling on I-75 to just sleep over night, but I realize the attraction to the area and why they can charge so much. If I needed to stay a few nights I would not have paid $86 a night with no pool. Although once they fix the pool it will be very nice.
Great place for the price, the staff is incredibly nice and courteous.. definitely recommend for a stay.
We booked the Micanopy Inn as a place for the wedding party and the guests to stay. What a wonderful experience it was. Tom and Shari went out of there way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was decorated with lights and candles after the wedding was over. They allowed us to use their personal refrigerator to store our flowers.
