Can't say I've experienced anything like that before...the front desk rep was extremely kind during the fiasco of sending us to room #1 with no air conditioning working, then unknowingly sent us to unmade room #2 THEN to room #3 that had A/C but was just dirty. No trash can in the room. Shower drain didn't work. The entire experience was frightening. Thank you front desk rep for trying to be professional under unprofessional management/ownership.
Racist housekeeping, very poor management staff also. Extremely poor @ conflict resolution...liars also...

Woke up Sunday morning to no electricity in my room call the front desk the guy up front didn't seem to have much concern about it told me I must have blew some light bulbs. When I went to check out I tell the girl up front about it and she says oh that room always blows the breaker then why do you rent it to people this place sucks the room smells like a wet dog and no electricity I would have been better off sleeping outside would not recommend pay the extra money and go somewhere else this place is not a deal whatsoever i... read more
