Office staff has very little understanding of how to listen. Rude and arrogant staff had me transferred to 3 departments. Requests to Dr Mack have gone unanswered for 6 weeks as of this posting. Nice man but incompetent staff whose arrogance is only eclipsed by their ignorance. Maybe by the end of this year, I will have the prescription renewed.
