I highly recommend seeing Mica Foster, DC! She provides supportive, skillful, and real relief from tension in the body where it shouldn’t be. She has an intuition and knowledge of the anatomy and energy for using her hands in a way that eases tightness throughout the body and mind. I had a slight headache when I went in to see her and it was nearly instantly gone with her intentional work. I am so appreciative of her expertise!
Mica is wonderful! She takes very intentional time with each client to find out their specific needs and tailors her care accordingly. My time with her is more than just chiropractic adjusting—it’s a self-care experience for me that I look forward to!
