If I could give zero stars I would. I went here twice for my annual exams and there was no point both times to schedule appointments because they were 45-50 minutes BEHIND schedule. I didn't have a mask so they charged me $1 for one paper thin mask when it's not even $1 for one box of them. The woman at the front desk is dry and rude. My appointment was not the best. The tech didn't take my weight and took my blood pressure improperly. The Nurse Practioner was very professional.
I have visited Mibella Wellness several times for services. However, this visit was horrible. The check-in process needs reevaluation. My appointment time was at 1630, and was noticed via text that they would be with me shortly. I was allowed in at 1700. Usually the front desk clerks are very nice and professional, today was not the same. I was greeted with attitude. Then, placed in a dirty room that still had bloody gauze on the bedside table.
