I’ve been coming to Mibella for years at this point. Love love love coming in here to see the friendly technicians. I’ve had my nails done by almost everyone but I love Izzy and Mina. I’ve done dip, builder gel, and gel x here
They made my friends toes bleed during a pedicure and refused to provide a refund. The excuse was “her cuticles are too thin.” No accountability and poor customer service. Will not be going back.
I have been a customer of Mibella for about two years and have visited every two weeks during that time. My husband comes with me to every appointment, and we genuinely believed we had built positive relationships with many of the technicians and the salon's owner, Mina. We have always been respectful of everyone's time, paid our bills, tipped well, and have never been a no-show. Great place puppies allowed and very clean and positive energy.
They will cut corners with your nails and not completely paint either the toe nail or your hand nails so that you have to return sooner than usual. I just got my toes and nails done and you can see a lot of unpolished area on both. Don’t waste your money here.
