Mina is the best!!!! Been seeing her for over two years now and she always does an amazing job. All the staff is very friendly and always pick up the phone so it’s easy to get in touch with them. Highly recommend!!!!! (Color: Cajun shrimp with chrome)

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mibella for over four years, which makes this review all the more disappointing to write. I came in for a gel pedicure and unfortunately had a really poor experience where my toe was accidentally nicked not once, but twice. I normally wouldn’t say anything, but it started bleeding and no ointment or proper sanitation steps were taken. I felt bad because the nail tech was very sweet and I do understand accidents happen. I moved 6 months ago to downtown St. Pete and have been so impressed with the service and quality! Ming did my nails for my wedding last week and they looked amazing. Highly recommmend!

My nails looked fabulous but one broke in less than 24 hours, when I called to get it fixed they were too busy to fix one nail. I was there for almost 4 hours (scheduled 2) for a pedi and full set before leaving for vacation. It would’ve taken somebody 15 minutes to make this right after I spent over $200 there and tipped another $50. I’m sad and disappointed at the customer service.
