Pluses: A very large selection. Nice selection of cosmetics. Be aware of some of the deceptive packages of hair extensions, however. Always ask to see the hair out of the box or package because I purchased 2 ten inch extensions, took them home only to discover they were barely six inches. I even had a salesperson help me. I made the costly mistake of opening one pack less than 30 minutes after purchasing it and couldn’t get an exchange or store credit for the opened pack. The owners especially the Lady, are nasty, rude and do not treat their staff members or customers with respect. I watched the owner yell at a customer and then throw a wig across the store to one of the staff to put back on the shelf. The wig hit the staff member and I felt so bad for the whole situation. They do not respect the population that they serve.

Went there and was pleasantly surprised to find a large selection of wigs. Both human and synthetic. However, I would NOT go back! After trying on 4 wigs I was informed that the next one would be my last - one. It's often not what you do that's important but how you do it. I'll gladly take by business elsewhere in the future. I did end up buying the last one because I had a long night & was exhausted. Too bad for them...

The new staff was calling for bald headed customers to come in. They literally, opened the door and said where are you bladed headed people. Unprofessional to say the least.
