We do make it a point to inform each person at the time of order and pick up that items need to be tried on as soon as possible and notify us of any concerns immediately. We have an upstanding relationship with our tuxedo provider and would have been more than happy to overnight items to you had we been informed on Friday rather than Saturday at 2pm. The service at Mia's was phenomenal compared to other shops. Sam stayed with me the whole time and listened to what I liked. She asked my opinion on every dress to know likes and dislikes and quickly learned to bring me dresses that fit my style. Everyone there was helpful. They were not pushy on any dress at all. They waisted no time at all to get me out of a dress and in a new one. I probably tried on more than 12 dresses in an hour. They helped me find the perfect dress I fell in love with.! Definitely worth the trip!
Oh my goodness what a great experience! Alayna was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. She picked out beautiful dresses and I found one that I absolutely fell in LOVE with! Thank you Alayna so very much for a 5 star experience! I couldn’t be happier! :)
The staff was absolutely incredible. I worked with Caley throughout my experience and she was amazing. Mia was there through my alterations appointments and was very helpful! 11/10 would definitely recommend going to them!
All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! Especially Caley, the consultant that personally worked with me. I never felt pressured to buy anything. Not only did I purchase my dress with Mia's but we also had a very easy time working with them on the suits/tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen. My experience with Mia's was truly positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
