I had such a great experience at Mia’s!! They helped me find and customize a dress to be exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was so helpful and kind! Mia is such a great person to work with. She helped my vision come to life and made alterations a breeze!! Highly recommend!
Mia and her team are awesome! They made finding my dress and all of the suits we needed for our wedding a fun, affordable, and organized process (including helping with the coordination of multiple out of town groomsmen getting fitted for their suits!) My dress got torn on our wedding day when I accidentally put my heel through the tulle, and they offered to repair it for free before our reception next year. Covid forced us to delay our reception, but it’s a great excuse to wear my dress twice! Thank you Mia’s Bridal!
Saying yes to the dress was a fantastic experience at Mia’s! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Mia does her own alterations and she did a wonderful job!! I loved that they offered in house alterations. She also altered my Mom’s mother of the bride dress and it looked incredible!!! Would definitely recommend!!
I have continued to have an excellent experience with Mia and her team! 6 years ago my sister found the wedding dress of her dreams at Mia’s and we got our bridesmaids dresses as well. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive then, so I was adamant that I search for my own dream dress there after I got engaged this year. The service at Mia's was awesome. They had the most selection of dresses i was looking for and were so helpful when i was torn between several options. Mia is a great tailor and my dress fit perfectly on the day of my wedding.
This experience was supposed to be the happiest of my life. Let me tell you, they ruined my wedding experience. They lied to me many times, and accused me being the one that was wrong. I purchased a dress after my appointment in July. They told me it would take one month to get my dress. Ok cool, so the first week of August it was scheduled to be here. It is very disheartening to read this review, and we’re very sympathetic to Brittany, but there are two sides to every story, and we feel it is important to set a few of these claims straight. The dress was ordered on 7/1/20, and due to the quickly approaching wedding date of 10/25/20, we discussed with Brittany that we could not get a gown from the factory in her size and special length in time (standard shipping at that time was in December, obviously too late).
