This man has lost his passion for the profession he sought out. He is cold and heartless and I will never let myself, friends or family anywhere near this man for such important care. I feel so strongly about this I would go as far as staying away from Holy Cross entirely.
I have never been so uncomfortable in a doctors office. The intake process happens at the registration desk, so anyone checking in can hear every answer. There is zero privacy. The waiting room is dark and dingy with paint chipping and worn chairs. The exam rooms are no better. They attempted to force unnecessary testing on me without explanation or my consent and there was no discussion with the doctor beforehand.
