Very good service, stayed until the job was done.
Replaced a dual flush toilet valve which costs maybe $34 and caulked the kitchen sink which took less than an hour to do and caulking is like $8. So assessing the problem (a leak), going to get the replacement part, and doing the work (which look less than one hour) cost $485. For comparison, my A/C guy came and did maintenance/ cleaned a mini split and an HVAC unit which took 2.5 hours for $300. This guy is wayyy over priced. My own fault for not getting a quote first.
