These people purposely charge hidden fees to rip people off. Find another company to go through or you're going to end up paying twice their advertised price. On Groupon, seems like great deal but in small print they say you have to pay an extra 70/person for FUEL... they draw you in with what seems like a deal and then hide that in fine print. Staff are RUDE, too.
Beware of false sense of safety! Visited this establishment 12/14/20. Participated in Parasailing and Tubing excursions activities. We signed the waiver upon request, however their website stated we would Not be thrown from the tube into the water and would be able to go faster only upon request which creates a false sense of feeling safe.
