I booked a sunset cruise for my parents to celebrate their 40th Wedding Anniversary. The booking process was excellent- great communication and very attentive. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, and helped me to organize food. My parents said the actual experience was amazing, and Caption Joesph and Mya were the best! Thank you so much!
The experience was disappointing overall. Flexibility was limited when plans changed, and communication felt slow and unorganized. The service did not feel very attentive, and the experience did not meet expectations for my family and friends. For the price paid, the value and level of service were not there. I would not book again.
