Dr. Millie Rosales provided exceptional care for my dog. She was thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to explain every step of the diagnostic and treatment process. Miami veterinary dermatology is a remarkable, caring, and loving space. We brought our cat in regarding a skin condition that we had been trying to solve for over a year. Our doctor immediately understood what was going on and proposed a plan for correcting the health crisis. Our furry family member did require surgery, and they treated her as if she was one of their own. She is on the mend now, and we are grateful for all their time and care. Dr. Rosales, and your team, are wonderful! My kitty, Lily, is quite a little firecracker, especially visiting the doctor. However, Dr. Rosales, and team, are well-versed in handling cats, and made Lily's experience great. Their are knowledgeable, treat animals well, and they are the place to go to for pet Dermatology related issues.
Dr Millie took her time with Lulu . She even stayed down on the floor at her level to decrease her anxiety . She was very thorough in explaining everything and spent a long time for the first visit consultation . She was very gentle and kind and so was her staff .
I wanted to take a moment to share how much Dr. Rosales and her team have meant to me and my dog Duke. Duke passed away on June 24th at 11 years old, and I was deeply touched to receive a card from her and the entire staff—filled with kind words and memories that brought me to tears. Knowing that they remembered Duke so fondly after all these years means the world to me. Duke had been her patient for over 7 years, struggling with chronic skin issues for much of his life.
