I had a consultation with Dr. O’Neill in August. The next step was to get pre-authorization from my insurance company, which his office would take care of. I received a letter from the insurance company authorizing the surgery. I called Dr. O’Neill’s office and was told the Scheduler would contact me. Three months later and four more unreturned calls to his office, I have decided to go with another Doctor. Dr. O’Neill may or may not be a good surgeon, I do not know. I had breast reduction surgery in April performed by Dr. O'Neill. I could not be happier with the whole procedure. He got pre-authorization from my insurance company, discussed with me the procedure, recovery and desired results. I had an uneventful recovery with no infection or complications, was back to work on the 14th day after surgery. I did skip Zumba for 6 weeks. The results are beautiful!
