Had a 3:15 appointment, arrived an hour early. Waited in the exam room for an hour. I was never checked on nor informed of a delay or why there was a delay. I needed emergent dental care and missed the window to be seen to go to this appointment. Finally fed up I asked to leave and for a number to file a complaint. Rude and disrespectful. Their lives, time and issues are no more important than anyone else's. They did not care about my obvious dissatisfaction and poor experience
