This hospital could’ve caused my baby to die, I’m 6 Months postpartum now, I came to have an emergency induction for my 4 pound baby They wouldn’t listen to me. My aunt came in pouring blood holding a towel to her head and we had to wait 4 hours before we had gotten any help!
Our experience in the ER was completely unacceptable. My cousin, who is disabled and slow to speak, was repeatedly cut off by the ER doctor. Instead of showing patience or empathy, the doctor kept saying, “I can’t answer that,” and refused to engage with him respectfully. His caretaker—my other cousin—was also ignored and treated rudely, even though she knows his medical history and was trying to advocate for him.
