Not only do they outrageously charge you $11 for parking to see your loved one who has been taken to an emergency room. If you're unaware about the parking situation, they'll charge you an additional $50 if they send you a ticket in the mail. Furthermore, I paid $16.48 for food. That was disgusting. Grits should not look dirty Brown. They served beef kielbasa which is greasy, tater tots that are baked and not fully cooked. I went here for a sudden kidney stone attack. Even though I was in massive pain, the entire experience was all good. Every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I have no issues with this hospital or their staff.
Please have a loved one with you at all times and ask questions and keep up with your health care there.
