They told be someone would call 48 to 24 hours before my surgery and no one called by 4 pm the day before. So I called and they told be they are still working on their list and I will get a call. I never did... I SHOWED UP WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS AND WASNT ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS THE DAY PRIOR TO SURGERY..... They also had changed my surgery time without telling me! Luckly I showed up a whole hour early and was actually right on time. BUT STILL!!! WHAT IF THAT WAS SOMEONE NOT SO LUCKY AND HAD TO MISS SURGERY!!!
Family member so far has waited 40 mins since the call button has been pushed. I can see and over hear nurses talking about a wedding... I will update later .. but they are horrible on the 10th floor!
