I have been with the Miami Transplant Institute for 20 years. I’ve had two kidney transplants. I am writing my review to raise concerns about the clinic’s patient coordinators. Over the past 20 years I have seen multiple coordinators, and my experience has consistently been that they are unresponsive and unreliable. The clinic’s lab services are fine and I appreciate the doctors, but coordinator-related issues make receiving timely care extremely difficult. Wait time is atrocious! I'm talking about waiting 5hrs for a test to be done when there was a 1030 appointment. These people have no respect for your time! They need to figure out their appointment system better or the people runningthe floor. I dont rememberhaving that with Frances. And the staff (1st flloor) needs to work on their professionalism. Whether they're playing with each other or not, perception is key. If y'all show no respect for each other...... but at least all of them are very nice to the patients. 6th floor... read more
Had a great experience at the Diagnostic Treatment Center on Tuesday, July 1st. Felix and James Sandoval from Interventional Radiology handled my outpatient line removal for plasmapheresis. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I felt well taken care of and truly appreciated their skill and care. Highly recommend!
Muy mala experiencia en este lugar tuvieron a mi papá por dos años en la lista haciéndole exámenes y pruebas semanales y en cuanto tuvo una recaída lo sacaron de la lista y mi padre del sufrimiento falleció no tienen nada de ética
