Service there was great and there haulers are very Professional Ben from G-Force Transport.
I'm a maintenance engineer for two hotels, one in Ormond and one in Daytona. Hurricane Matthew in October gave my department 24 rooms with soaked carpets. They were very helpful in securing the equipment I needed to get my rooms avalible to rent for the Biketober Fest that was the next weekend. Even with trying times of their own they stepped up and stayed open and stayed true to their prices. Terrible place, management is very unprofessional. The only good thing about this place is that the mechanics seem educated. Never dealing with the rude managers again.
Rented two times floor equipment. Those guys are amazing. Really friendly and helpful, If I need again rent some equipment I will use for sure this company. Highly recomended. Very satisfied. Thank you very much. Couple of Italian from Napoli.
Warning if you rent the 180 track loader be warned it is warn out and slides all over the place will NOT climb a hill When you talk to them they say the machine is ok and is not made to dig up hill Really they were (in there own words kind enough to not charge us for sending out the mechanic to tell us that it was slipping because we are trying to go up a cement driveway ) Over all I would tell you to save your money go anywhere else to get a machine
Absolutely a horrible experience. We rented a Chevy Silverado on 6/1/12. We had two flat tires on 7/20 at 4pm. I called the Emergency Road Service # (800-654-5060) and all they would tell me was that “Rubin” will call me back within the hour. No one called. I called their office (971-246-1886) with no response. I finally got a hold of a sales rep- James Anderson who finally called a tow truck for me. I was stranded for 10 hours. Good guys, very informated and funny as hell. Good people all around.
Miami Tool Rental was right on time and gave me great service. I rented aboom lift and a scissors lift and the equipment was in great condition. I would definetely recommend them to all.
