The owner, Carlos was very unprofessional and lacked in customer service. I recently went to this crappy place to wrap my hood and roof in a matte black finish on my truck. I called around for a competitive price and the only reason I decided to give this place a try was because of Eric, the graphic designer who answered the phone when I called. We have noticed even more imperfections and are going to most likely pay a reputable company to rewrap both cars. We are filing complaints with the State, County and the BBB. At this point it's more about making sure this doesn't happen to other people. A judge will decide on the warranty issues etc. If you have doubts not only will I send photos of both cars and the peeling.
