This company could be a 5 star company with very little effort. It’s a shame. The owner, once you are able to actually get him to show up and do the job, is very good at what he does. My pergola looks great and seems to be well built. The salesman Carlos, is an absolute joke. Please save yourself a headache and don’t do any business with Carlos from Miami Pergolas.
