Be aware!!! I am not the one to put negative reviews on small things but If possible I would give negative review. I started talking with them , Carlos and Louis, specially. And then paid 2000$ advance. Since then I am after them to either work or return my money. It’s been a year they are not doing any of the things. Please be aware. If someone wants I can forward the conversations also..please be aware
VERY VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW PERGOLA, WITH PERMISSION AND ALL ,CARLOS FERNANDEZ AND HIS TEAM DID A GREAT JOB, PLANS,PERMISSION I RECOMMEND.
This company could be a 5 star company with very little effort. It’s a shame. The owner, once you are able to actually get him to show up and do the job, is very good at what he does. My pergola looks great and seems to be well built. The salesman Carlos, is an absolute joke. Please save yourself a headache and don’t do any business with Carlos from Miami Pergolas. Working with Francisco was an amazing experience. I don’t write reviews but I had to share the professional experience I had the entire process of the installation of my roof. I was very skeptical at first to use them because I found them on the web without any knowledge of their work are loyalty to their customers. I can say without a doubt they exceeded my expectations.
