I came to Miami Perfect Smile for one reason and they delivered. Starting with the front staff always welcoming and polite the Doctors and assistants in the back were kind and very professional taking time to explain and allowing me to discuss my concerns. Walking me in and out the process patiently.I had to come back one week later for a small adjustment which they got me in the next day after I called with the request. Hands down amazing service and they delivered me an amazing design!!!Thanks
I came to this office after a bad experience at another dentist who gave me teeth that were way too big and looked completely unnatural. I was honestly so unhappy I didn’t even want to smile anymore. Great customer service wonderful work X-ray was fast and easy 10 out of 10 and the one at the front desk Mari was amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time so they made me feel welcome and comfortable
I made an appointment for my mother . Don’t pay a deposit . They wanted to charge me $500 because I had to cancel her appointment . I never even gave them a card they just said that cus it was the “second” time canceling which that’s not true either … like they need to fact check their records before calling clients . Do not let the name persuade you because the chances of you actually leaving with a “perfect smile” is very unlikely. I strongly dislike leaving negative reviews however this is necessary. So many things went wrong dealing with this company. I came here for a new smile as my original teeth were a big insecurity for me.
