When Dirian and Wendy were here the customer service was amazing they made sure to really take care of you and treat you like family, the new front desk lady’s however have been so unhelpful. I called them to let them know a veneer fell off after having already gone to get it replaced one time and they ignored my texts for months and would say they’d call me back but never did , today I called asking if they can mail a replacement to install here but only option she gave was to go in person to replace. I came here with my friend while they were getting consulted for veneers, and overall the process started off very well. The front desk staff, especially Oni and Mari, were extremely welcoming and friendly, offering us water and coffee and making the environment feel comfortable and inviting from the start.
